Dina Elnaggar MD, MA, MSc brings more than 25 years of experience in the fields of human development and strategic communications in multinational organizations. Prior to joining OOC as Chief of Staff, she worked full time as a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Team Lead at the World Bank. In her current role as Chief of Staff, she is responsible for managing work culture while supporting corporate processes and team management.
